Our goal is to get our program organized so our volunteers can best use their skillset to improve our program or help maintain our fields.

Ways you can help depending on your personality, skillset, and time

Board Member - A huge need as we legally need to fill certain roles for the region to stay operational! These are specialized rolls which can require traits such /as leadership, finances, product ordering, organization, and mentorship. See the board members link for a role breakdown and expected time commitment. 

Coaches - The team leader! Last year, we needed 14 coaches for the number of players we had and already we see an increase in sign ups for this year which means we will need even more coaches! Love soccer and want to share that knowledge? Have no experience with it but don't mind working with kids? Just want to be a part of your kids life before they get too old? We would love to have you! Some of the most impactful people in my life were my soccer coaches growing up and the impression they had on me as a person. 

Assistant Coaches - Every coach needs help. A great role for someone that doesn't like to be the ringleader but is willing to help keep kids excited or running drills. Perfect for someone that is concerned about not being able to be there 100% of the time but can dedicate chunks of time to helping out - maybe 1 practice a week instead of 2. 

Team Parent - Help coach stay organized. There are a lot of things behind the scene you can do to support a coach! Help communicate with the team, organize snack schedules, help with banner and unform orders. This role doesn't take a lot of time, but it does add a lot to the team sanity.

Field Crew - Ready to get down and dirty? We need so many people to help stripe, clean, and prep fields. But with all of those people, these jobs don't take very long to do. If you want to volunteer but prefer to use your hands this role is perfect for you. 

Referee - The big boss on game day! Don't mind a little exercise, using your authority, and know a little something about soccer or are willing to learn? We need refs to help control these wild kids while they are having fun. Instead of watching from the sidelines, get a front row seat to every game you are willing to help with.
