FOR NEW REGISTRATIONS

We suggest opening this page up in a new window so you can follow along. 
You will need a copy of your players birth certificate as well as all current contact information and a way to pay online. 

Go to Jamulayso.org

Click on the REGISTER NOW button in the top right corner. 


Enter your email address - you will be creating a "parent" account for all of your players so we recommend using your primary email. 
Create a password and click submit.

Once submitted, go to the email you used to register and click the verify link from Stacksports.com. 


Once you click the verify email link, you will be taken to the Blue Sombrero registration area.
From here you have the option to register your player or yourself as a volunteer.

Click on Register my Players


Fill out the Account Holder Information - YOUR NAME, relationship to player, contact info (This info will be given to the coach to communicate with you at the start of the season)
*We currently do not do text alerts. We use email and the stack team app for all communications. 

If you would like to add an additional account holder such as a spouse or grandparent, enter their info and email address.

Select how many players you will be adding. You will enter their info one at a time.

Enter their FIRST & LAST NAME, GENDER, and DATE OF BIRTH
Be prepared to upload your players BIRTH CERTIFICATE. You will need to convert it to a PNG, JPEG or PDF. Either scan the document to a desktop or take a picture with your camera phone and email it to yourself. If its not in the correct format, you can either open the birth certificate in paint and "save as" to a jpeg to use google to search for a free conversion app to make it into a jpeg or pdf.

Once completed, go to your My Account home page and find your player. Click the blue button that says "1 Programs Available"


Select the age group your player is registered for. This will add the program to your cart. If you are registering multiple kids for the season, you may click the next player button to continue to the next player, select their program, then continue on. If you are not registering that player or would like to complete them at a separate time, click skip on that player for now. You will have the option to come back to them at a different time from the main menu. 



Fill out the Program Questions on the next page. This will help us have all of their information in order. Some of these items may already be filled in from your original registration 
Name
Gender
Date of Birth
Birth Certificate - If you have not previously completed this, now is the time to do it. Please attach a scanned document or a clear picture of the players birth certificate. We need to verify their name/birth date matches their information submitted so make sure it is clear and readable.
Parent Family Role - What is the role of the person registering the player - Helps us have an idea who is in charge or who we may be contacting.
SafeSport 18+ - Ignore for players. Do not attach anything here.
Physical conditions of which staff should be aware - If there are any medical concerns, allergies, special needs, please list them so the coach and staff can be aware.
Person to notify in case of emergency - Name and phone number - this is the number the coach will use incase a player is injured, becomes ill, or requires help. Please make sure this info is accurate and up to date. 
25-0122 Policy documents - Please review and accept them. Most of these are policy documents from AYSO National we have no control over and must be accepted to participate. 
Player uniform size - Help us have an idea what sizes we need to order for a team. 

School Name - Help us see where are players are coming from.
Special requests/comments - Anything special you would like to share with us or additional information you would like to provide. 
Once all of this info is completed, click the CONTINUE button.
