STACK TEAM APP
Our league and your coach uses this app to schedule and communicate. It is important to have this app active and notifications turned on during the soccer season.
Go to your app store and download the STACK TEAM APP
Open and log in with the
email you used to register your play on the jamulayso.org site (VERY IMPORTANT). These programs are linked and your player will be connected from the registration site to the Stack Team App.
Once log in and your player has been added, select Jamul AYSO (green mountains with flaming ball logo). *This may not be available till teams are set and your player is added after registration closed.
This will take you to the main dashboard. Here you will have access to the following
SETTINGS - The gear icon in the upper right hand corner.
Here you can adjust your app alerts under notifications. Make sure it is turned on so if there are game updates or things to be aware of in the chat (best place to park or enter on the field, who has snack this week?, ect) you are in the know!
MY DETAILS - Your personal and player details. This will show if your app and email notifications are active. To change these, you will need to go to SETTINGS.
NEWS/EMAIL - Usually used for league wide alerts such as start/end of registration, weather cancellations, Volunteer days, Emergency needs. Can also be used by Coaches/Team Parents to their team for announcements such as Practice/Game announcements, game cancellations/changes or other items that may get lost in the group chat.
AREA V SCHEDULER - This is where games are listed for the whole league. Here you can see what games are playing when. If you want to find your players schedule, you will need to find your coaches name. You can search by Field - Jamul or Oak Grove, look for a home game with your coaches name, then click on their name to pull up the schedule, or search by Division, select your players age group such as 10UB and the group with JA in it for Jamul. It may look something like this - 10UB_AL_ME_JA. Using either of these options to click on your coaches name will allow you to pull up the full season schedule. *Be advised, while it is rare, the schedule may change during the season for weather, field needs, team needs, ect. Do not download/print this in September and ignore your coach. You might end up at the wrong field on Game Day.
CHAT - This is your team chat and includes all members of your team. Coaches/Team Parent tend to use these for ongoing discussions.
GALLERY - An area to post pictures and videos to share with your team.
