PLAYER WITHDRAWAL & REFUND REQUESTWe get it, life happens. If you need to withdrawal your player after completing registration, please follow the directions below.
All requests for registration refund and or player withdrawal must be made by emailing
[email protected]No refunds will be given if email is not received by
September 1st for fall registration.
Refunds are normally processed within 4-6 weeks.
A child may not play in AYSO games or practices once this form is submitted. You will forfeit your refund if your child continues to participate after submittal.
If withdrawing multiple children, please send 1 email per child! so
withdrawing 3 kids - send 3 emails.
Your refund total will be based on the LEAGUE fees paid and does not include the $25 AYSO national fee.
1, The original League Fee amount paid at registration MINUS
A. Any discounts given at registration (Such as a sibling discount)
B. A $15 processing fee
C. A $25 uniform fee if player has already received their uniform
D. While paid separate, the $25 AYSO fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
